Volume pricing available. Orders of 50+ units receive discounts. Smaller quantities available from 15 units. Request a quote for your specific project.
Questions?
Yes. We can produce 1-2 sample pieces for quality approval before you place your bulk order. Samples are produced within 2-3 business days. Pricing: $10 per coaster sample, $15 per keychain sample, $35 per tumbler sample. Sample cost is credited toward your bulk order if you proceed within 30 days.
Once production is complete, we send detailed photos for your approval before dispatch. You only pay the final 50% balance once you're satisfied with the result. If you're not happy with the quality shown in photos, we'll revise the work or provide a full refund of your deposit — your choice.
We accept bank transfer (direct deposit) and PayPal. Standard terms are 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due after you approve photos and before dispatch. For established business clients, we can arrange Net 7 payment terms on request.
We're a newly registered Australian business (ABN 92 274 540 850) operating from a professional studio in South West Sydney. While we're building our client portfolio, we offer the same production guarantees and quality standards as established suppliers — with more flexible minimum orders and faster turnaround times.
Yes. Sydney pickup is available by appointment at our South West Sydney studio. This option is free and allows you to inspect your order in person before taking delivery. Australia-wide shipping is also available for all orders.
